Glatt Meat

“Glatt” is a higher standard for kosher meat: after slaughter, the animal's lungs are inspected, and only meat from animals found free of adhesions qualifies. Our certificate lists the restaurant as Glatt Meat, so every steak, chop, burger and skewer we serve is held to that standard under ORB supervision.

All Food Considered Meat

Our certificate lists the restaurant as meat (fleishig) in full. Every dish on the menu, including side dishes and desserts, has meat status, so guests who wait between meat and dairy should treat the whole meal as meat.

Pas Yisroel

Pas Yisroel means bread baked with the participation of an observant Jew. It applies to the bread we serve, including the laffa from our oven that comes with the house salads and the house-made crust of our flatbreads.

Verify It Yourself

The certificate belongs to the ORB, and you can confirm our status with them directly: call 954-797-7888, email info@orbkosher.org, or visit the ORB website. ORB certificates carry an expiry date; when ours is renewed, the new certificate replaces this one on this page.
